First its advanced engineering is designed with 3d CAD software. |
Full scale model is made using 5axis CNC robot technology before casting the mould. |
Mould is polished to a mirror gloss finish and maintained. |
Skilful laminators roll the fibreglass layers to ensure a void-free laminate. |
Composite stringer system is both bonded and laminated into the hull. |
Welded 316L stainless steel rails and mounts provide the strength and longetivity. |
Stainless thru-hull fittings are used as standard. |
Casted instead of pressed, stainless steel hardware for higher quality. |
Color coded electrical wiring and coded harnesses are used. |
All upholstery is styled and fabricated inhouse. |
Several stages of quality assurances are done. |
